Innerkapell hiking trail

Begin your winter hike from Silbertal by taking the Kapell Bahn cable car up the mountain. The trail starts at the mountain station and winds through the enchanting snow-covered landscape to Innerkapell. The return journey follows the same route. Before or after your winter hike, you can take the opportunity to enjoy a ride up or down the mountain on the Panorama Bahn cable car, offering breathtaking 360-degree views of approximately 200 mountain peaks. Please note: Alpe Innerkapell is closed in winter.

Grasjoch hiking trail

Winter hiking enthusiasts can enjoy unforgettable moments in the magnificent Montafon mountains on this short yet beautiful circular hiking trail. The loop starts at the Grasjoch Bahn mountain station, conveniently located next to the Grasjochhütte mountain hut. This hiking trail is particularly well-suited for families.

Valisera hiking trail

The Valisera winter hiking trail holds the distinction of being the longest in Silvretta Montafon at 2.7 kilometres, provided there is sufficient snow cover. In optimal snow conditions, the combined Valisera I+II trails lead to the Valisera Bahn middle station. The route can also be walked in the opposite direction, starting uphill from the middle station. In cases where only the Valisera I trail is accessible due to snow conditions, you must return to the mountain station via the same route.

Sonnenbahn hiking trail

At an elevation of over 2,000 metres, this hiking route offers breathtaking views of a stunning mountain panorama. Culinary delights are served at Valisera Hüsli mountain restaurant and Bella Nova, located at the Valisera Bahn mountain station.

Gantakopf hiking trail

You’re guaranteed breathtaking scenic views of the surrounding peaks on a winter hike towards Gantakopf. Starting from the Versettla Bahn mountain station, the trail leads directly to the Gantakopf summit and back – an exceptional tour for nature lovers.

Nova Stoba – the largest mountain restaurant in the Montafon region

Situated at 2,010 metres above sea level, Silvretta Montafon boasts the largest mountain restaurant in the region. In addition to its charming rustic mountain hut atmosphere, visitors can indulge in a diverse wine selection at the in-house wine bar VINNOVA. Stop by and savour the experience!

Vier Barga hiking trail

The circular hiking trail leads you along a waymarked route from the Versettla Bahn mountain station to the Vier Barga scenic viewpoint. The approximately one-hour hike provides the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the stunning Montafon mountain world.
