Data usage agreement

I hereby acknowledge that the data I have provided, i.e. [name or company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, date of birth, login details for online shop][1] will be used to enable Silvretta Montafon GmbH to fulfil the orders I have placed and for the purposes of the contract entered into between me and Silvretta Montafon GmbH.

I also hereby expressly consent to the above personal data and the personal data listed below being used for the purposes of customer support and for the sending, by Silvretta Montafon GmbH, of promotional materials advertising proprietary goods and services by post, telephone, email or SMS: interests, support data (e.g. correspondence) and data relating to your use of the online shop.

I furthermore agree to the data referred to in the above paragraphs being forwarded to the following companies, which are affiliated to Silvretta Montafon GmbH, to enable the fulfilment of the order and for the purposes of customer support and the sending of promotional materials advertising their goods and services by post, telephone, email or SMS: [Silvretta Sportservice GmbH, Silvretta Montafon Sporthotel GmbH & Co KG, Silvretta Montafon Gastronomie GmbH, Silvretta Skischule GmbH, Schischule Silvretta Montafon St. Gallenkirch GmbH].

The Silvretta Montafon data protection agreements come into effect.
