Obligatory equipment
For all distances:
- Trail running shoes
- Mobile phone
Additonally recomended: a minimum of 1L liquid drink, rain jacket, gloves, hat, trail running sticks (Bear in mind that the trail running sticks must be taken with you from start to finish)
Obligatory equipment for the Montafon Totale Ultra:
- Water tank with 1L volumne
- rain jacket
- gloves & hat
- rescue blanket
