What you'll learn:

  • Advising guests on the menu composition and the choice of matching drinks
  • Setting tables
  • Preparing food & drink menus
  • Filleting, carving, flambéing
  • Preparing and supervising special gastronomic events
  • Accounting 
  • Checking stock, replenishing and reordering
