What a race weekend it was from March 15 to 17, 2024! Local hero Alessandro Hämmerle celebrates double success at the Montafon World Cup!
Fast heats, close decisions and two gold medals for local hero Alessandro Hämmerle - that's the result of the successful FIS Snowboard Cross World Cup in Montafon. Not only did the Gaschurn native achieve something unique this weekend, but the course was also set for the World Championships 27 to be held in the Montafon.
Guests of the sportiest ski resort will also be able to ski the cross course on the Grasjoch from next weekend. At the moment, the Montafon World Cup course is being defused and slightly rebuilt by our piste team. From Saturday, every sporty skier or snowboarder will have the opportunity to prove their skills on the spectacular descent below the Freda lift.
