Silvretta Montafon is the first Vorarlberg ski resort to open

Silvretta Montafon will be the first ski area in Vorarlberg to start the 2022/23 winter season on Friday, 25 November 2022: The Grasjoch Bahn and Hochalpila Bahn will open on Friday, followed by other lifts from Saturday. Just in time for the planned start of the season, the first snowfalls make it possible: Silvretta Montafon will be the first ski area in Vorarlberg to open its slopes on Friday, 25 November 2022. The Grasjoch Bahn and Hochalpila Bahn lifts will start operating on Friday, followed by other lifts from Saturday. ‘We are very pleased about the fresh snow and the wintry temperatures of the last few days, which have enabled us to start the season early. Preparations are currently in full swing - I would like to take this opportunity to thank our employees in particular for their great commitment,’ emphasises Martin Oberhammer, Managing Director of Silvretta Montafon.
