Mountain fondue

Enjoy a unique fondue experience high up in the mountains of the Silvretta Montafon! A perfect combination of alpine conviviality and culinary enjoyment awaits you in the cozy ambience of the Nova Stoba at 2,000 meters above sea level. Two fondue variations are offered in the rustic parlors: the classic fondue chinoise with tender meat and various dips as well as the spicy cheese fondue.

  • Dates: January 10, February 14 & March 14, 2025
  • Location: Nova Stoba, Gaschurn
  • Ascent: from 6.00 pm with the Versettla cable car, Gaschurn
  • Descent: until 22.30 hrs
  • Fondue: two fondues (chinoise & cheese) are set per table
  • Aperitif
  • Chinoise fondue: beef, poultry and pork, thinly sliced, broth with sherry, various homemade sauces, baguette, homemade spice mixes, baked potato with herb sour cream
  • Cheese fondue: We serve the cheese fondue with freshly baked white bread, pickled gherkins, pepperoni and pearl onions
  • Number of participants: limited number of seats in the Nova Stoba
  • Reservation up to 2 days before the event
  • Price incl. ascent and descent (day, multi-day, season and annual tickets are not valid on the evening), aperitif, fondue & dessert; drinks are paid for on site
